Can I use it on a computer?
The scanner works with your phone camera. If you are on a computer, scan the QR code and continue on your phone.
Is it free?
Yes. Your account includes 10 scans a month. If you need more, you can request them in the app.
Does the price reflect my card’s condition?
The raw card price is for a Near Mint card, meaning almost perfect condition. If yours has scratches, worn corners or other imperfections, it may be worth less. Graded cards have their own PSA 10 and PSA 9 prices.
Does the scanner recognize cards in other languages?
It recognizes English cards and, because they look similar, Spanish, Portuguese and other language cards from the same sets. Important: in those cases you will see the English version of your card, and that is what is saved to your binder, with its English-market price. It also recognizes Japanese-set cards, with reference prices from their own market. Chinese and Korean cards are not supported yet.
What if it doesn’t recognize my card?
Find a well-lit place and take the card out of its sleeve to avoid reflections. You can also search for it by name.
Do you save my photos?
No. Your photo is only used to recognize the card.
